Communication, Dialogue and Coaching

In this last post from the series on Jim Knight‘s workshop on Instructional Coaching, you will see a sketchnote about tips to conduct better conversations. You will see that one suggestion that Jim Knight makes is to video record yourself in coaching conversations or even in conversations with friends and family, so you can see how you are really like. One interesting book from Mr Knight involving video recording in coaching, that helps not only to analyse coaching sessions but may also help in coaching yourself , is called “Focus on Teaching: Using Video for High Impact Instruction“.
